1-1 stress sessions and phycology sessions
RE.FORM Stress and psychology sessions are designed and tailored to help clients address their mental health and wellbeing. During stress sessions, clients have the opportunity to share any physical or mental challenges they are facing, and I provide support and guidance on how to manage and reduce their stress levels. In psychology sessions, I work with clients to develop effective strategies to overcome obstacles and teach them how to solve problems. By combining these two types of sessions, clients can develop a better understanding of their own thoughts and emotions, as well as learn practical tools to manage stress and improve their mental health.
Bespoke tailored training and nutrition programs specifically for you as well as personal recovery plans and weekly check ins to make sure clients continuously stay on track, this is done on a 1-1 basis and is always tailored to the clients needs and altered accordingly in line with the progress they make.
